My Postdoctoral training has been in Modern
Psychoanalysis. My practice of 30 years is
devoted to high functioning patients motivated
to improve their relationships. I work with couples
extensively, and I offer intensive Three-To-OneTM
couples therapy weekends. In this six-hour process,
over three days, I help couples to repair impasses,
and to create an action plan for their future lives
and therapies. Couples travel to Stamford or to
Miami Beach to meet with me for a Three-To-OneTM.
My psychotherapy practice is also oriented toward
running long-term psychotherapy groups for men
and women.

in providing therapy and counseling to children,
adolescents, adults, and families. My training and
experience cover a wide range of areas including
depression, anxiety, difficulty with interpersonal
relationships, low self-esteem, transitions, grief,
and loss. I like to think of the time and space I
share with my patients as sacred. I believe that
the essence of change lies within the helping
relationship between my patient and me. In
addition to individual and family therapy, I have
found group therapy to be a highly effective
modality to promote change and growth.
