Fundamentals of my practice:
My work is psychodynamic, experiential and relational.
My practice is broadly based, and I work with individuals
struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and
relationship problems. I also provide consultations
with addictions, sexual compulsivity and eating disorders.
Couples comprise one-third of my practice. I coordinate
referrals and participate within a network of colleagues
who offer Three-To-OneTM therapy weekends. This
intensive relationship therapy is designed for partners
who need to work through an impasse. Since I believe
that group therapy is often the most powerful modality
for treating a variety of deeper emotional and relationship
problems, my practice includes several ongoing therapy
groups for women, men and couples.
All groups meet between September and June:
Two Women’s Groups
Post Trauma/Betrayal Recovery Group
Couples Group
Two Mixed Gender Psychotherapy Groups
